If you'd like to bring in colleagues, clients, or other guests for meetings, they are always welcome.
The steps are as follows:
- Book time in either the Conference Room or Studio; alternatively you can meet clients at the chill out area near the kitchen.
- When booking the Conference Room or Studio, please add your guests names in the booking form
- When your guests arrive, please ask them to check-in via the QR code at the bar table near the entry, or forward them this link: https://link.skillion.space/visitor
Please note some of the following points:
- Guests are welcome to join you for meetings, but should depart following the conclusion of your meeting.
- Your membership tier might also provide Casual Guest Passes (1 pass per month for Regular Members, and 3 passes per month for Full Members). Providing these Casual Guest Passes means that your guest can come in to use the space, all day during business hours, whether attending a meeting or not.
- Your guests are your responsibility, so please inform them of the normal conditions for members.
We want Skillion Spaces to be the place where the Coast's best people do their best work, and so our approach to guests intends to reflect that ambition. Our guest visitor policy will always be in review and subject to change, and we welcome feedback and suggestions.
