If you have accidentally left your key fob inside and locked yourself out after hours, the door can be remotely unlocked by contacting Rollsy.
If you have lost your door fob, please contact Rollsy as a priority so that the key can be deactivated.
As always, if remotely unlocking the door, please check that the lock has reactivated before you leave.
