The alarm should not be activated if a user has operate the door fob correctly.
However, by holding the door fob over the front door reader for more than 3 seconds, the alarm can be activated.
If this occurs, and the alarm sounds, exit the door pulling it closed behind you. Pass the door fob over the reader briefly so that the light changes to green. If this has not deactived the alarm, please contact Rollsy.
