How to manage billing issues and find receipts or invoices

Memberships are managed via Square payment gateway.

If you are looking for a payment receipt, search the email you used when first subscribing and use "Square" and "Skillion Spaces" to find relevant receipts. If you can't find what you need, please contact Rollsy via email

Invoices are available for Annual Memberships, Dedicated Desks or Private Offices. Please connect with Rollsy if this is required. 

For billing queries, changes or other issues please connect with Rollsy. Please note that memberships are paid in advance for the payment period and refunds are not available for remaining membership days.
